Moncler Group is seeking a WW Omnichannel Operations Intern at our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. This full-time, 6-month internship starts in October and offers hands-on experience across omnichannel initiatives, data analysis, and project coordination.

You will support UAT, data reporting, Store Handbook maintenance, and meetings while gaining exposure to retail operations in a leading luxury fashion company. Monthly allowance = €800, meal vouchers or canteen access provided.

Competenze

Bachelor/Master's Degree
Fluent in English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Curiosity and proactivity
Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus

Mansioni

Supporting boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities)
Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data
Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook
Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives
Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions
Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders
