Moncler Group is seeking an engaged WW Omnichannel Operations Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. This FULL-TIME, 6-MONTH internship starts in September and offers hands-on experience across Omnichannel initiatives.

The role involves supporting boutiques and regional teams, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing project documentation. A Bachelor/Master's degree and fluency in English are required, along with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Competenze

Bachelor/Master's Degree required.
Fluent in English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Curiosity and proactivity.
Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus.

Mansioni

Supporting boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities).
Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data.
Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook.
Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives.
Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions.
Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders.
