Moncler Group is seeking an engaged Digital Marketing & Performance Intern to join our Milan team for a 6-month full-time internship starting in October. You will collaborate with Marketing, Wholesale, and Merchandising teams, support AI-driven search initiatives, and help with data visualization and KPI management.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Marketing-related program, fluent in English and Italian, with strong MS Office skills and a passion for luxury fashion.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, management or related field.
• Interest in digital marketing (performance marketing, search engines, and SEO) and a passion for luxury fashion.
• Fluent English & Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

Overview

FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM OCTOBER We are looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Marketing & Performance Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

• Collaborating with Marketing and Communication, Wholesale and Merchandising departments; Supporting AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI Search monitoring initiatives;
• Analysis, reporting, and data entry coordination across teams;
• Data extraction from platforms; Creating charts and visualizations; Preparing presentations; Managing KPIs database; Supporting keyword research, search trends analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing(performance marketing, search engines, and SEO)and a passion for luxury fashion; Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, management or related field; Curious about emerging trends in AI-powered search and digital marketing;
• MS Office Suite advanced user;
• Self-starter that shows initiative and collaborative attitude, able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners;
• Fluent English & Italian, both written and spoken.
