Moncler Group is seeking an engaged Retail Merchandising Intern to join the Grenoble Retail Merchandising team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

The role is a FULL-TIME 6-MONTH internship starting in September. You will support qualitative and quantitative analyses, collaborate with HQ and Regional teams, and help prepare materials for HQ meetings. A monthly internship allowance of €800 and meal vouchers are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business.
• Interest in Merchandising or Buying departments.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Passion and sensitivity for luxury products.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Conduct qualitative analyses daily/weekly/monthly and share results with Collection and Retail merchandising teams.

Overview

Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Elaboration of qualitative analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and sharing the result with Collection and Retail merchandising teams;
• Supporting both HQ and Regional teams during the sales campaign period;
• Carry out quantitative analysis to define MO ensuring a balanced global product mix;
• Collaboration with the product, marketing and VM teams to ensure strategic alignment between assortment, communication and product availability;
• Preparation of supporting materials and presentations for different meetings at HQ level.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business;
• An interest in Merchandising or Buying departments;
• Strong analytical skills: a good/excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Passion and sensitivity for luxury products;
• Team player;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English;
• Previous experience in Retail Merchandising will be considered a plus.
