Moncler Group in Milan, Italy, seeks a WW Omnichannel Operations Intern for a 6-month, full-time program starting in October. The role involves data analysis, handbook maintenance and coordinating Omnichannel initiatives across stores and regions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree, is fluent in English, and possesses strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to collect, interpret and present data.

Mansioni

• Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational data.
• Supporting redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook.
• Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives.
• Coordinating Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• Monitoring project progress and following up with stakeholders.
• Assisting boutiques and regional teams with Omnichannel projects (UAT, testing coordination).
