Moncler in Turbigo is seeking a Client Development Intern to support the team in developing CRM campaigns and client journeys. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and proficiency in both Italian and English.

Overview

STARTING FROM JULY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Client Development Intern to join our Client Development team in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

Main Activities

• In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: development of 1to1 CRM campaigns, retail newsletters and client journey development (liaise with other departments, track all materials/tools);
• Coordinate with regions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing;
• Support the collection of feedback from regions and consolidation of the final output;
• Assist in the preparation of analyses, reports and client insights using CRM and BI tools;
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Development team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics or similar;
• Professional use of Italian & English;
• Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (in particular Excel & PowerPoint);
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
