Moncler Group is seeking a WW Omnichannel Operations Intern at our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. This full-time, 6-month internship starts in October and offers hands-on experience across omnichannel initiatives, data analysis, and project coordination.

You will support UAT, data reporting, Store Handbook maintenance, and meetings while gaining exposure to retail operations in a leading luxury fashion company. Monthly allowance = €800, meal vouchers or canteen access provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master's Degree
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Curiosity and proactivity
• Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus

• Supporting boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities)
• Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data
• Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook
• Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives
• Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
