Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back aftermarket and upgrade activities for engineered products in the Oil & Gas sector. The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, accurate quotations, on-time orders, and uncovering business opportunities in spare parts, services, and upgrades.

Based at Gorle (BG), you will use ERP (SAP) and CRM systems, CAD concepts, and collaborate with sales and execution teams.

Competenze

Engineering degree or technical diploma required with relevant experience.
2–5 years in aftermarket, sales support, or technical sales in Oil & Gas or similar industries.
Experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of industrial equipment (rotating equipment, valves, pressure systems) is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP and CRM tools.

Mansioni

Manage spare parts, repairs and product upgrade requests.
Prepare and issue quotations based on technical specs, BOMs, and customer requirements.
Follow up on aftermarket orders for on-time delivery and cost control.
Provide technical and commercial support regarding installed equipment.
Identify opportunities for additional sales (spare parts, upgrades, retrofit solutions, service agreements).
Maintain installed base data and aftermarket records.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
Support contract review and order handover from sales to execution teams.
