Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Process Engineer for our Gorle site in Italy. You will drive successful execution of ETO Rotary Orders and lead continuous improvement efforts with Design, Operations, and Customer teams.

The role requires 3+ years of process engineering experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage customer and supplier discussions throughout project lifecycles.

Competenze

• Experience with industrial machinery, project management, and engineering documentation workflows.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting equipment specifications and design documents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• SAP/WinChill knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support engineering functions across Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.
• Participate in technical reviews of requirements and designs.
• Prioritize work to align with business objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.
