Job summary

Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Process Engineer based in Gorle (BG), Italy, to drive successful execution of ETO Rotary orders and lead continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and customer interfaces.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Design teams, and suppliers to ensure scope is met, manage customer communications, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that elevate the business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas industry preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.
• Conduct/participate in technical reviews of requirements, specs, designs, and standards.
• Prioritize work to align with business objectives.
