Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Process Engineer based in Gorle (BG), Italy, to drive successful execution of ETO Rotary orders and lead continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and customer interfaces.
You will collaborate with Project Managers, Design teams, and suppliers to ensure scope is met, manage customer communications, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that elevate the business and customer satisfaction.
In this tenured role, which requires you to pull on the knowledge of the product and business you have gained along your career path, the Process Engineer is responsible for successful execution of Ingersoll Rand ETO Rotary Orders and continuous improvement opportunities to elevate the team, the business, and themselves. The Process Engineer will ensure project requirements are met throughout the life of customer orders and improvement project. The Process Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager and other members of the Design teams along with the Operations and Manufacturing teams for cross-functional success and customer satisfaction. He/She will attend internal and external (customers, vendors and packagers), manage customer communications, and work with Design Engineering, customers and suppliers on scope via technical discussions. Continuous improvement is a cornerstone of Ingersoll Rand Engineering. An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of process engineering experience and lead technical conversations with customers and internal teams. The Process Engineering role is highly valued and sought after within the organization; it is the customer satisfier, a tenured technical touch point and an effective liaison across all parties required to work together throughout complex projects.
