A leading marine electronics company seeks an OEM Sales Manager in Italy. This role involves managing customer portfolios, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to meet client needs. Candidates should have a strong goal orientation, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and familiarity with the nautical sector. A university degree or high school diploma is preferred. Italy is one of the world’s leading boat manufacturers and Raymarine has been working for years with all the major shipyards that produce boats ranging from 5 to 40 meters in length.
We design, develop and manufacture cutting‑edge products and work with main shipyards to deliver innovative, reliable and easy to operate products and solutions.
As OEM Sales Manager you will handle both existing customer portfolios and the development of new business opportunities in line with the objectives set in the annual budget.
Over time you will become the main point of reference for the client for any commercial issues. You will work closely with Customer Service in managing technical issues and will interface with the Marketing office in organizing promotional activities.
These activities require a combination of commercial relational and technical skills as well as a deep knowledge of the nautical sector and the specific needs of boatyards.
