Enterprise Shipping Agency in Sorrento is seeking a Night Porter / Night Receptionist to manage front desk operations during overnight hours, welcome guests, handle late check-ins, and assist with overnight requests. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and guest-oriented Night Porter / Night Receptionist to join our hospitality team and oversee front desk operations during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception and front desk operations during the night shift.
• Welcome guests and handle late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues arising overnight.
• Monitor access to the property and ensure general safety and security.
• Handle incoming calls, reservations, and guest communications.
• Perform daily closing and basic administrative procedures when required.
• Prepare handover reports and relevant information for the morning shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Good command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

• Working hours: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
• Working days: 6 days per week, with one fixed day off each week.
• Salary: €1,500 net per month.
• Additional benefits: Severance pay (TFR), paid annual leave, accrued paid time off (ROL), 13th-month and 14th-month salary payments are provided separately from the stated net monthly salary, in accordance with the applicable employment contract.
