Sonnwies Dolomites in Laion, Italy, is seeking an experienced Night Porter (m/f/d) to ensure smooth overnight operations and guest safety. You will welcome guests, manage the night phone line, assist with late room service, and handle emails and messages with care.

The role requires hospitality experience, fluency in German, Italian and English, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Working nights, you will contribute to a seamless daily handover and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry.
• Fluent in German, Italian and English.
• ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge advantageous.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office package).
• Enthusiasm for the job and good communication skills.
• High guest orientation, reliability and flexibility.
• Well-groomed and confident appearance.
• Night work experience and ability to solve problems independently.

To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible Night Porter (m/f/d) who, with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensures smooth overnight operations as well as the safety and well-being of our guests.

Your Tasks

• Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests during late service
• Managing the night telephone service, including being on call to assist with guest concerns
• Room service for our guests on request
• Correspondence of emails and guest messages
• Complaints management
• Maintenance of the guest files in ASA-J
• Preparation and updating of all administrative work
• Transmission of the most important information to the morning service

Your Profile

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
• ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge an advantage
• Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
• Enthusiasm for the job
