The Mira Alagna Mountain Resort & Spa, part of the international DSR Hotel Holding group, is a 4-star hotel in Alagna Valsesia, offering a winter season focused on snow sports and a spa relaxation experience. We are seeking a committed Night Auditor to join the team from December 2026 for the coming seasons, working on-site to ensure seamless night-time Front Office operations.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a hotel night audit/front desk role.

The Mira Alagna Mountain Resort & Spa, part of the international DSR Hotel Holding group, is a 4-star hotel situated in Alagna Valsesia, near Monte Rosa, with two tourist seasons: during the winter season, from December to March, the hotel is a leading destination for a holiday dedicated to snow sports and relaxation in the spa; during the summer season, from June to September, it is the ideal place for those seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature and for those who love hiking with breathtaking views of the mountains.

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team from December 2026 for the coming seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the hotel during night-time hours, in the absence of department managers, ensuring guests receive efficient and courteous service and carrying out all Front Office operations in accordance with the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), to provide a high-quality service from guest check-in to check-out.
• Check room availability and promptly report any issues to department managers and/or colleagues in the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments.
• Is able to anticipate and respond to guests’ requests and complaints promptly, courteously and efficiently, and immediately reports any potential or actual complaints to the Front Office Manager or the Guest Relations Manager.
• Is familiar with the hotel’s products, services, facilities, events, rates and policies, and uses up-selling techniques to promote them in order to maximise room occupancy and overall revenue.
• They arrange limited services requested by guests in the following areas: porterage, concierge, room cleaning and room service.
• Checks incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails, carrying out the related administrative tasks.
• Ensures the switchboard is manned, manages keys and the credit card reader, and is familiar with the hotel’s alarm system and front office equipment.
• Cooperates with the police and local emergency services when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ proven experience in this role, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, precision and punctuality, attention to detail, a customer- and quality-focused approach, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at weekends or on public holidays, if necessary.
