The Mira Alagna Mountain Resort & Spa, part of the DSR Hotel Holding group, in Alagna Valsesia, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead all front office operations from late November 2026. The role requires Italian and English fluency, strong leadership, and a focus on quality and profitability.

Seasonal employment with accommodation, staff canteen, and laundry benefits are offered; prior experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hotels is preferred.

Competenze

• At least 3 years’ proven experience in front office leadership in high‑end hotels.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel management software (Protel PMS, Opera PMS).
• Flexible schedule; availability to work weekends/holidays if required.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage all front office operations, including check-ins/outs.
• Coordinate room availability with Housekeeping and Maintenance, optimise revenue.
• Promote service standards, monitor costs and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the team.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage Front Office staff, schedule rotas, and support HR tasks.
