Job summary

myPOS is expanding in Naples and is seeking a Field Sales Representative to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions and help grow their businesses. This field-based role offers independence, ownership of the full sales cycle, and support from appointment generation.

You will travel within your region, meet decision makers in person, and drive performance with a structured onboarding and ongoing training program to build sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech/payments.
• Willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native Italian with conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Naples.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to present tailored myPOS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work toward acquisition and performance targets, with bonuses for milestones.
• Represent myPOS at local events and in the business community.
