hlpy is seeking Digital Monitoring Agents to join its global team from Italy. The role involves monitoring roadside assistance requests, dispatching services, and coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve cases efficiently.

You will guide clients empathetically and maintain precise records in the hlpy system. Fluency in English (B2) is required; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.

Competenze

• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
• Team spirit with ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Monitor roadside assistance requests and dispatch services as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve cases promptly.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate mission records in the hlpy system.
• Escalate complex cases to team leaders when required.
