hlpy, a road assistance startup founded in 2020, is expanding globally and seeks Digital Monitoring Agents to join its international team in Milano. You will monitor roadside requests, make outbound calls, coordinate with partners, and ensure quality service while working 24/7 shifts.

The role emphasizes quick decision-making, CRM proficiency, and empathy in client interactions. Ideal candidates will have English at B2 level, plus German, French, or Spanish as a plus, and prior experience in

Competenze

Fluent in German / French / Spanish is a plus.
Good knowledge of English (B2).
Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus.
Team spirit, with a strong ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
Availability to work on rotating shifts, 24h / 7 days a week.

Mansioni

Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervening through outbound calls when necessary.
Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.
Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.
