hlpy, a growing road assistance start-up, is seeking Digital Monitoring Agents to support its global operations from Italy. You will monitor requests, dispatch services, and coordinate with partners to resolve cases while guiding clients with empathy.

The role requires English at B2 level and welcomes candidates fluent in German, French or Spanish. A dynamic, international team and training opportunities accompany a rotating shift schedule offering 24/7 coverage.

Competenze

• Fluent in German, French or Spanish is a plus; strong English knowledge (B2).
• Experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.
• Team spirit with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts, 24/7.

Mansioni

• Monitor roadside assistance requests via digital flow and outbound calls.
• Dispatch services (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles) when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely resolution.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients throughout the process.
• Update records of all missions in the hlpy system; escalate complex cases.

For this reason, we are actively seeking highly motivated Digital Monitoring Agents to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.

Responsibilities

Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervening through outbound calls when necessary:

• Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.

Requirements

• Fluent in German / French / Spanish is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English (B2).
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus.
• Team spirit, with a strong ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts, 24h / 7 days a week.
