hlpy is a road assistance startup founded in 2020, with roots in Italy and growing across Europe. We are seeking Digital Monitoring Agents to join our global team, monitoring roadside requests and coordinating with partners to ensure timely resolutions.

You will work with CRM tools, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to high-quality service and customer satisfaction while operating on rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent in German / French / Spanish is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English (B2).
• Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus.
• Team spirit, with a strong ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Availability to work on rotating shifts, 24h / 7 days a week.

Mansioni

• Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.

For this reason, we are actively seeking highly motivated Digital Monitoring Agents to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.

Responsibilities

Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervening through outbound calls when necessary:

• Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.

Salary Range
