Job summary

CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Airline Support Agent to join our Malta-based team for a full-time on-site role. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media, delivering solutions with a focus on professionalism and satisfaction.

You must be a native Italian speaker with English B2, strong communication skills, and prior customer-care experience. A relocation bonus is offered along with growth opportunities and staff benefits.
