Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and another European language to assist international clients from Athens, with options for on-site or remote work within Greece.

You will handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, provide accurate information, troubleshoot account issues, and work with internal teams to resolve complex cases, while contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Fluency at C1/C2 in Italian, French, or Portuguese.
• English proficiency at B2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries in your language and English via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues related to accounts, services, or products.
