Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and another European language to assist international clients from Athens, with options for on-site or remote work within Greece.

You will handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, provide accurate information, troubleshoot account issues, and work with internal teams to resolve complex cases, while contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Fluency at C1/C2 in Italian, French, or Portuguese.
• English proficiency at B2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote / On-site) - Greece

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate with complex cases.

Requirements:

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.
• Professional working proficiency B2 in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.
• Previous experience in customer support or call centre operations is a plus, but not required.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
