hlpy is building the technology platform for mobility services across Europe. Join our international team as a frontline operations professional coordinating dispatch and supporting digital workflows to ensure fast, transparent customer help.

Based in Italy, you’ll work with a hybrid model (3 days in Milan office or fully remote elsewhere in Italy). We value curiosity, ownership, and teamwork as we scale across four countries.

Qualifications

• Mother-tongue French and Italian with good level of English.
• Experience with digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Available for part time or full time.
• Experience in customer service or operations is a plus.
• Empathy, calm under pressure, problem-solving and teamwork spirit.
• Willing to work in a fast-growing scale-up.
• International, multicultural team across four countries.
• Flexible work: hybrid in Milan area, or fully remote in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
• Keep an eye on our digital support flow and step in when a human touch makes the difference.
• Solve cases via chat and phone, working with our network of service providers.
• Share ideas to improve how we work: input counts.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.
