Pacific International Executive Search is seeking an experienced End-to-End Transformation Leader to drive integration and development across a large network of manufacturing sites in Italy. The role focuses on elevating operational performance, leadership development, and sustainable change through influence and coaching of leaders at multiple locations.

Competenze

• +20 years of experience within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong multi-site manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience supporting post-acquisition integration, organizational change, or operating model deployment is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of performance management, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.

Mansioni

• Support the integration of newly acquired manufacturing sites into a shared operating model.
• Partner with Plant Managers and leadership teams to improve operational performance and business results.
• Drive improvements across: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory.
• Establish common performance management practices and KPI transparency.
• Improve delivery performance, lead times, inventory effectiveness, and overall value stream flow.
• Coach and develop site leadership teams in operational excellence and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Act as a catalyst for change, helping organizations move from current-state performance to world-class standards.
• Facilitate collaboration and best-practice sharing across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Promote end-to-end thinking across operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and commercial functions.
