• +20 years of experience within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong multi-site manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience supporting post-acquisition integration, organizational change, or operating model deployment is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of performance management, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.

Our client is a global industrial manufacturing organization undergoing a significant phase of growth and transformation. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced End-to-End Transformation Leader to support the integration and development of a large network of manufacturing sites across Italy. This is a highly visible role focused on driving operational performance, leadership development, and sustainable change across multiple locations.

While operational excellence expertise is important, success in this role will be driven by the ability to influence, coach, and inspire leaders while embedding a common way of working across a complex manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of newly acquired manufacturing sites into a shared operating model.
• Partner with Plant Managers and leadership teams to improve operational performance and business results.
• Drive improvements across: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory.
• Establish common performance management practices and KPI transparency.

• Fluent Italian and English are essential.
• Additional European languages would be advantageous.

Travel:
