IRCA Group in Italy seeks a Global Operations & Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic projects across our global network. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, productivity, service levels, inventory, and cost competitiveness.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, finance, IT, and executives to ensure successful outcomes and sustainable value creation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, SCM, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within multinational organizations.
• Experience in transformation programs, operational excellence or supply chain optimization.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic Operations and Supply Chain projects across regions and business units.
• Translate opportunities into actionable project roadmaps.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, service improvements, and efficiency.
• Develop business cases, charters, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, IT and leadership.
