OTL Solutions seeks a Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead Italian operations across Milan, Bologna and Rome. You will own KPIs, drive profitability and be the main client-facing operations lead with P&L responsibility.

The role requires strong numerical skills, advanced Excel, and experience managing multi-city teams. Fluency in English is essential; Italian is preferred. Travel between cities is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of logistics operations experience in Italy.
• Proven experience managing P&L and budgets.
• Strong numerical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling).
• Experience leading multi-site or multi-city teams.
• Fluent English; Italian preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Milan, Bologna and Rome.

Mansioni

• Own operational KPIs and service quality across Milan, Bologna and Rome.
• Lead multi-city teams including controllers, HR/people support and city operations leads.
• Manage the P&L and budgets with the Country Manager and Finance Controller.
• Represent the company in weekly client meetings for key accounts.
• Build and maintain operations dashboards and standard reports.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
