McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Italy seeks a senior transformation leader to drive complex client engagements, including digital and AI transformations, and post‑merger integration. You will guide cross‑functional teams of Orphoz consultants and client leaders to deliver measurable impact.

You will build capabilities, governance, and processes with senior mentors, while traveling to client sites. Fluent Italian and English are required, and a strong record in project delivery and leadership is

Competenze

Master’s degree with strong academic record.
8+ years of experience in project delivery and PMO in a consulting environment.
Proven people leadership experience building high-performing teams.
Driven by creating long-lasting impact and results.
Strong pragmatic problem-solving skills.
Experience in business change and transformation/TO with project management and lean/operational excellence.
Knowledge of MS Project, Prince2, Agile or similar.
Functional knowledge of AI-related solutions is desirable.
Experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries, or mid-sized enterprises is advantageous.
Willingness to travel (on-site Monday–Thursday).
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
