IRCA Group in Italy seeks a Global Operations & Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic transformation projects across its worldwide Operations and Supply Chain network.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, productivity, service levels, and cost competitiveness, acting as a key change agent with stakeholders across manufacturing sites, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, finance, IT and executive leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic Operations and Supply Chain projects across regions and business units.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, charters, timelines and budgets.
• Drive operational excellence, network optimization, and post-acquisition integration.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, finance, IT, and leadership.
• Ensure benefits realization and measurable performance improvements.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses into IRCA Group standards.
