Marioff Italy seeks a senior Operations Director to own end‑to‑end manufacturing, sourcing and internal logistics. You will lead lean transformation, establish KPIs, and drive cost competitiveness while ensuring safety and quality across operations.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, 15+ years of experience, and strategic leadership credibility. You will oversee organizational development, capacity planning and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering and business units,

Competenze

15+ years of progressive operations/manufacturing leadership experience in industrial environments.
Strong track record in lean transformation and process formalization.
Fluent in Italian and English; cross‑functional leadership across functions.

Lead manufacturing transformation to a cost‑effective, scalable, process‑driven organization.
Oversee sourcing, logistics, and internal material flow improvements.
