Marioff Italy is seeking a Senior Operations Director to lead end-to-end manufacturing, sourcing and internal logistics. You will drive a lean transformation, enhance productivity, and align operations with business goals in a fast-growing, high-technology setting.

The role requires a strong track record in industrial transformation, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership on the shop floor, with fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations / manufacturing leadership within industrial environments.
• Proven experience in operations transformation.
• Lean manufacturing implementation.
• Process formalization and operational structuring.
• Organizational and cultural transformation.
• Industrial scale-up, plant start-up, relocation or major expansion projects.
• Strong change management and communication skills (Italian + English).
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead evolution of the manufacturing model to be structured, cost effective, scalable and process-driven to meet growth targets.
• Assess the need for a new production facility and act if required.
• Introduce and strengthen lean manufacturing principles and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental systems.
• Define KPIs to improve productivity, quality, safety and delivery performance.
• Drive cost competitiveness and manufacturing performance through planning, resource utilization and optimization.
• Lead factory-level sourcing aligned with group strategies and ensure material availability.
• Own internal logistics and warehouse operations and improve material flow and inventory control.
• Build and strengthen the operations organization and leadership team, aligning with Marioff Group Operations.
• Act as trusted industrial partner to top management on operations strategy and capacity planning.
• Promote accountability, execution discipline and continuous improvement.
