Page Executive is seeking an Operations Director to lead two production sites in a high-growth circular economy business. You will drive industrial performance, oversee P&L and oversee Production, Maintenance, Engineering and HSE functions with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, CI, and multi-site manufacturing, with fluency in Italian and English. Regular travel between sites is expected as part of the role.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in senior operations leadership (Operations/Plant/Manufacturing Director).
• Strong background in lean, CI, HSE and multi-site manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

• Lead operations across two production sites and own industrial P&L.
• Direct Production, Maintenance, Engineering and HSE functions.
• Define and monitor KPIs for operational, quality and financial performance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across sites.
• Oversee CAPEX plans and energy efficiency/sustainability programs.
• Collaborate with senior management to support growth and transformation.
