Linde AMT Italy Srl is seeking an Operations Manager - Fluoro to lead manufacturing planning across the Monte Marenzo and Mantova facilities, maximizing capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction.

You will drive improvements in OTD, quality, productivity and margin, and deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives. You will manage capital projects safely and collaboratively with Commercial teams and partners.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven responsibility for a manufacturing P&L.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous.
• Proven record of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
• Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of benefit.

Mansioni

• Lead manufacturing planning across both Monte Marenzo and Mantova facilities to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction.
• Drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance.
• Deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives.
• Support business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements.
• Deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across both locations.
• This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract and includes a competitive salary range of € 82k–€ 103k.
