Linde AMT Italy S.r.l. is seeking an Operations Manager - Fluoro to lead manufacturing planning across two sites (Monte Marenzo and Mantova), maximizing capacity and customer satisfaction.

Competenze
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven responsibility for a manufacturing P&L.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Multi-site operational leadership experience advantageous.
- Experience improving safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
- Desirable but not essential: coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries.
Mansioni
- Lead manufacturing planning across two sites (Monte Marenzo and Mantova) to maximise capacity and customer satisfaction.
- Drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance.
- Deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives.
- Support growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements.
- Deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and build strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across both locations.
