Linde AMT Italy S.r.l. is seeking an Operations Manager - Fluoro to lead manufacturing planning across two sites (Monte Marenzo and Mantova), maximizing capacity and customer satisfaction.

The role demands strategic oversight of OTD, quality, productivity and margin performance while driving capital projects and cross‑site collaboration. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations Management, brings 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, and speaks

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven responsibility for a manufacturing P&L.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience advantageous.
• Experience improving safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
• Desirable but not essential: coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries.

What Makes You Great

• You have a degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline
• You own 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience
• Demonstrated responsibility for a manufacturing P&L will round your profile
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous
• You have a proven record of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity and profitability
• Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential
• You may have knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements
• Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of benefit
