Marioff Italy is seeking a Senior Operations Director to drive end-to-end operational accountability across manufacturing, sourcing and internal logistics. This role leads the lean transformation and ensures safety, quality and customer-focused performance within a growing industrial environment.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in industrial operations leadership, proven experience in transformations, and strong change management skills in both Italian and English.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations/manufacturing leadership.
• Proven experience in operations transformation.
• Lean manufacturing implementation.
• Process formalization and organizational structuring.
• Industrial scale-up, plant start-up, relocation or major expansion projects.
• Strong change management and communication skills (Italian + English).
• Engineering or technical background strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead the evolution of the manufacturing model to a structured, cost-effective, scalable organization.
• Assess need for new production facility and manage expansions.
• Introduce lean principles and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Define KPIs to improve productivity, quality, safety, delivery.
• Drive cost competitiveness and optimization.
• Build and strengthen the operations leadership team.
• Align with Marioff Operations and engineering teams.
