Linde AMT Italy S.r.l. seeks an Operations Manager - Fluoro to lead manufacturing planning across Monte Marenzo and Mantova, maximise capacity, and drive key performance improvements.

You will work with Commercial teams, manage capital projects, and ensure delivery within budget on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering-related degree with 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, is fluent in Italian and English, and has a track record in safety, quality,

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven responsibility for a manufacturing P&L.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Multi-site operational leadership is advantageous.
• Record of improving safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
• Desirable experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, or process industries.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements; PFAS knowledge beneficial.

Mansioni

• Lead manufacturing planning across Monte Marenzo and Mantova facilities to maximise capacity and customer satisfaction.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery (OTD), quality, productivity and margin.
• Deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives.
• Support growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements.
• Deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams and build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across both locations.
• Manage a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary range of €82k–€103k.
