Sidel is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Mantova and Verona plant activities, driving operational excellence across people, processes and performance. You will report to the VP Operations Italy within the Production Center Italy Organization and lead cross-functional teams in a complex, international environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and quality, deploying Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborating with Sourcing, Engineering, and Planning to improve efficiency

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership in complex industrial settings.
• Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma and quality improvement.

Mansioni

• Lead Mantova plant operations, ensuring production performance, quality, and resource efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and legal requirements across all activities.
• Implement and monitor quality control and traceability programs to meet objectives.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering and Planning to support cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Lead change management initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration and capability development.
