BoF Careers in Milan is seeking an E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Intern to join the Global HQ team. You will support the creation and execution of the global contact strategy and contribute to campaign planning and optimization.

We value a Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering, passion for fashion and digital communication, and strong Excel and analytical abilities. Fluent English is required, and the internship lasts six months with a monthly stipend.

Competenze

• Economics or Engineering Master degree or similar.
• A previous experience in the field will be considered a plus.
• Passionate about fashion and digital communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized.
• Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the global contact strategy to boost engagement and conversions.
• Produce end-to-end email campaigns, coordinating with agencies and teams.

FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER: We are looking for a passionate and engaged E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Intern to join our E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Team in our Global HQ, in Milan.

Your Impact

Main Activities

• Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy, contributing to customer engagement and conversion optimization initiatives;
• Support the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders;
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvement opportunities through a test-and-learn approach;
• Monitor the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement;
• Support the development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels, contributing to the optimization of the overall customer experience;
