Job summary
Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a passionate E‑CRM & CustomerEngagement Intern to join the team at our Global HQ. This 6‑month, full‑time internship starts in September and offers a unique exposure to enterprise‑level email marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
You will support strategy, campaign production, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration across digital channels, with a monthly €800 allowance.
Qualifications
- Master degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in the field is a plus.
- Passionate about fashion and digital communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and self-organized.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy to boost engagement and conversion.
- Assist end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns with external agencies and internal teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvements via test-and-learn.
- Monitor digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Support development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels.
