Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and enhance MVNO network infrastructure at customer sites.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations using OSS/BSS and Element Manager (EM) systems.
• Support the deployment and integration of Over-The-Air (OTA) and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to ensure seamless interoperability between MNO and MVNO network elements.
• Conduct drive tests and verify new RAN sites before integration into the MVNO network.
• Assist with technical documentation, installation validation, and verification of network KPIs.
• Analyze technical problems, including coverage gaps or traffic disruptions, and propose effective solutions.
