Elastic is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within a specified territory. You will act as a trusted advisor, articulating Elastic's capabilities across search, observability, and security to executives and technical leaders.

You will navigate complex sales cycles, champion open-source offerings, and collaborate cross-functionally to build comprehensive territory plans and close high-confidence deals.

• Proven SaaS subscription sales in Mid-Market accounts.
• Ability to articulate a value-based story across Elastic's Search, Observability, and Security offerings.
• Experience negotiating contracts and pricing at executive levels.
