The Social Hub Rome is seeking a Membership Intern to welcome members and guide guests, turning curiosity into belonging. You’ll learn day-to-day operations of our hybrid hospitality spaces and help members make the most of The Social Hub Rome’s offerings.
You must be an EU university student studying Hospitality, Business, or related fields, fluent in Italian and English, available full-time for 40 hours/week over 6 months. Includes onboarding support, city tips, and events.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
Rome is buzzing and our membership spaces are right at the heart of it. As our Membership Intern, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new members to showing future ones around the hub, you’ll help turn curious visitors into part of the community. You’ll learn how our spaces run day to day while helping members make the most of everything The Social Hub Rome has to offer.
Some days you’ll be chatting with members over coffee. Other days you’ll be guiding tours, helping organize events or sharing your favourite spots in the city with guests. No two shifts look the same and that’s exactly the point.
If you enjoy meeting people, love a lively atmosphere and want to learn the ins and outs of hybrid hospitality, you’ll feel right at home here.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Have
What We Offer
At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.
Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
