The Social Hub Belfiore is looking for a friendly Member Host to lead daily member engagement and event hosting in a lively hospitality environment. You will greet guests, run tours, welcome new members, and help with day-to-day operations to keep the hub vibrant and functional.

You should bring hospitality experience, strong people skills, and fluent English; additional languages are a plus. This on-site role offers growth in a multinational, energetic team.

As our Member Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. What You'll Have

• You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
• You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• You bring fluency in English, and extra languages are a big plus.
• You have a hands-on, "let's do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
• You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
• You have the legal right to work in Italy (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
