The Social Hub Rome is seeking a Membership Intern to welcome members and guide guests, turning curiosity into belonging. You’ll learn day-to-day operations of our hybrid hospitality spaces and help members make the most of The Social Hub Rome’s offerings.

You must be an EU university student studying Hospitality, Business, or related fields, fluent in Italian and English, available full-time for 40 hours/week over 6 months. Includes onboarding support, city tips, and events.

Competenze

• EU university student studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Full-time internship of 40 hours per week for 6 months.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Positive, hands-on attitude and enjoys meeting people.

Mansioni

• Welcome members and guests into the membership space and make them feel at home.
• Lead tours of the hub and introduce future members to offerings.
• Support onboarding and help new members settle into the community.
• Share insider tips about Rome’s best spots for food, culture, and nightlife.
• Assist with emails, bookings and membership-related admin tasks.
• Keep membership areas organized and ready for the next shift.
• Support community events and help bring the member community to life.
