The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence, Italy is seeking a Member Host to be the face of our vibrant community space. You’ll welcome guests, host events, give tours, and help keep daily operations smooth.

You’ll connect members, foster inclusive vibes, and collaborate with a multi-national team. Fluent Italian and English are required, with a hands-on, calm approach during peak times.

Competenze

• Solid background in hospitality or customer-facing spaces.
• Natural ability to connect with people and solve problems quickly.
• Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages a plus).
• Hands-on, proactive mindset; stays calm during peak periods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Step into The Social Hub Belfiore, a buzzing hotspot in Florence packed with 539 rooms, commercial spaces, and a massive rooftop pool. As our Member Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. You will turn simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, keeping the space lively and operations smooth. What You’ll Have

• You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
• You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• You bring fluency in Italian and English, and extra languages are a big plus.
• You have a hands‑on, "let’s do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
• You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
• You have the legal right to work in Italy (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
