Job summary

Hosco.com is seeking a Member Relations Intern to be the friendly face for members, welcoming newcomers, hosting spaces, and tracking feedback to improve the member experience. You’ll assist with onboarding and retention while learning the ins and outs of membership and community building.

You’ll engage with Italian and English speaking members, juggle multiple relationships, and work in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This is a full-time internship with 39 hours per week for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Being a familiar, welcoming face for our members — getting to know them, their work, and what they need.
• Helping to track member satisfaction and flagging anything that could improve their experience.
• Collecting and responding to member feedback, and helping the team act on it.
• Supporting retention efforts — spotting members who might be disengaging and helping bring them back into the fold.
• Assisting with onboarding new members so their first weeks feel seamless.

Florence is buzzing — and our members are at the center of it all. As our Member Relations Intern, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you’ll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you’ll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you’ll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that’s exactly the point. What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Have

• You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication Sales or a related field
• You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people
• You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
• You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed
• You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus
• You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months
