Job summary

Bachecalavoro is hiring a Member Relations Intern in Belfiore, Italy. You’ll be the friendly first face for members, helping welcome new arrivals, host spaces, and check in with long‑standing members to nurture belonging.

Join a team focused on retention, feedback collection, and member care. You will learn membership operations, help with onboarding, and support a fast‑moving, inclusive culture across European properties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members, get to know their work and needs.
• Track member satisfaction and flag potential improvements.
• Collect and respond to member feedback and help team act on it.
• Support retention by spotting disengaged members and re-engaging them.
• Assist with onboarding new members to make first weeks seamless.

Florence is buzzing - and our members are at the center of it all. As our Member Relations Intern, you'll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you'll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you'll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you'll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that's exactly the point. If you're a people person who genuinely cares about making someone's day better, and you want to learn the ins and outs of membership and retention, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Being a familiar, welcoming face for our members - getting to know them, their work, and what they need
• Helping to track member satisfaction and flagging anything that could improve their experience
• Collecting and responding to member feedback, and helping the team act on it
• Supporting retention efforts - spotting members who might be disengaging and helping bring them back into the fold
• Assisting with onboarding new members so their first weeks feel seamless

What We're Looking For

What You'll Have

• You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication Sales or a related field
• You bring a positive, hands‑on attitude and enjoy meeting new people
• You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
• You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed
• You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus
• You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months
